Nursing Home Management Software
Nursing homes run inpatient care without needing the full weight of a large hospital system. Trisvio offers a lean, IP-focused setup — bed board, nursing notes and the medication chart (MAR), per-diem billing, pharmacy and GST billing — cloud-hosted, built for an India region.
Trisvio’s nursing-home setup is a lean, IP-focused slice of the platform — bed occupancy, nursing notes and the medication chart, per-diem billing and pharmacy — with OPD and appointments included, and the laboratory, ultrasound, operating theatre and emergency available as options to switch on, rather than everything a larger hospital runs.
- Who it's for
- A small nursing home whose work is mostly inpatient care, run by a small team without dedicated IT support.
- Daily workflow
- Admissions and bed placement, nursing notes through the stay, per-diem charges accruing daily, pharmacy dispensing as needed, discharge and billing at the end.
- What's not included
- Lab, OT and emergency are off in this configuration until you switch them on; no insurance/TPA claims, no ABDM integration.
Why Trisvio fits nursing homes
- Bed management without the complexityThe bed occupancy board covers admit, transfer, and discharge in one view, giving small nursing home teams clear visibility of who is where without a heavyweight hospital system to learn.
- Per-diem billing that just works at dischargeBed charges are computed per-diem and finalized onto the patient’s bill automatically at discharge, so nursing staff don’t have to reconcile day-by-day charges by hand.
- Nursing notes in one placeNursing notes are recorded against each admitted patient, keeping the clinical record for a stay in one system instead of paper registers.
- Simple for small teamsScreens are built for minimal clicks, so a small nursing home staff can run registration, admission, and billing without needing dedicated IT support.
- No server to maintainTrisvio is cloud-hosted, built to run in an Indian cloud region — there’s no on-site server to buy, patch, or maintain. You just need an internet connection.
The day-to-day workflow
Admit and place the patient
The admission desk registers or looks up the patient, and places them on a ward, room and bed using the occupancy board.
Nursing notes through the stay
Nurses record nursing notes against the admission through the stay, building the clinical record for the length of stay.
Per-diem charges accrue automatically
Bed charges are computed for each day, including any transfer between beds, without staff calculating a day-wise total by hand.
Pharmacy dispenses as needed
Medicine dispensed against the admission posts to the patient’s running bill rather than requiring a separate pharmacy payment.
Discharge and settle the bill
The discharge summary is completed, per-diem and pharmacy charges finalise onto the bill, and any advance is applied before the patient leaves.

In detail
A slice of the platform, not a separate product
The nursing-home setup isn’t a cut-down or limited edition of Trisvio — it’s the same platform, used with a smaller set of modules that match how a nursing home actually works. If a nursing home later wants OPD, appointments or a lab workflow, that’s a configuration change, not a migration to different software.
The same billing discipline as a larger hospital
A nursing home’s revenue risk looks a lot like a hospital ward’s: a patient discharged with dues outstanding, or medicine dispensed without full payment. Trisvio applies the same checks here as anywhere else — by default a discharge with money still payable asks for a reason (or, if the nursing home chooses, a routine discharge waits until the bill is settled), and that gap is recorded for review rather than quietly written off.
What isn't included today
- No insurance/TPA claims workflow — billing is direct, by cash, UPI or card.
- No ABDM/ABHA registry integration — any identifier stored on a patient record stays inside Trisvio, it isn’t synced to the national health-data exchange.
- No PACS, and no X-ray, CT or MRI reporting — imaging is limited to an optional ultrasound-reporting module.
- No native mobile app — Trisvio is a web application, used through a browser.

Frequently asked questions
Is Trisvio too heavy for a small nursing home?
No. The nursing-home setup is a lean, IP-focused slice of Trisvio — bed board, nursing notes, the medication chart, per-diem billing, pharmacy, and discharge summaries — without the extra modules a larger multi-specialty hospital might use.
How does per-diem bed billing work?
Bed charges are computed on a per-diem basis as the patient stays, and the total is finalized onto the bill automatically at discharge, so staff don’t have to calculate day-wise charges manually.
Can a nursing home add OPD or lab later?
Yes — it’s the same underlying platform. Adding a module a nursing home didn’t start with is a configuration change, not a switch to different software.
What does Trisvio cost for a nursing home?
Pricing is matched to the size and needs of your nursing home rather than a fixed number — talk to us and we’ll work out what fits.
