Clinic Management Software for Multi-Specialty Clinics

Multi-specialty clinics run on a fast front desk and an efficient doctor workflow, not inpatient wards. Trisvio is OPD-centric — appointments, consultation, prescriptions and GST billing — with pharmacy and lab available if a clinic wants them.

In short

Trisvio’s clinic setup is built around appointments and OPD consultation, without any inpatient machinery forced into the workflow — pharmacy and lab are there if a clinic wants them.

Who it's for
A multi-specialty clinic running purely outpatient care, with or without an in-house pharmacy or lab.
Daily workflow
Appointments booked and managed through the day, patients checked into OPD, consultation and A5 prescription printed, billing settled at the counter.
What's not included
No inpatient/ward workflow (clinics have no beds to manage), no insurance/TPA claims, no ABDM integration.

Why Trisvio fits multi-specialty clinics

  • Fast front desk, minimal clicksAppointment booking, check-in, and registration are built for speed, so front-desk staff can move a full day’s patient list through with as few steps as possible.
  • Appointments that handle real-world changesBooking, reschedule, cancel, and no-show are all handled against a doctor master, so a clinic’s day schedule reflects what’s actually happening, not just the original plan.
  • In the browser, not tied to one deskOPD consultation — vitals, diagnosis, prescription — runs in a web browser, so it isn’t tied to a single desktop in one room.
  • No bloatThe clinic setup focuses on OPD and appointments; pharmacy and lab are there if a clinic wants them, but nothing IP-related is forced into the workflow.

The day-to-day workflow

  1. Appointments booked ahead of the day

Reception books patients against a chosen doctor and day from the shared doctor master, and adjusts for reschedules, cancellations and no-shows as they happen.

  2. Check-in converts to an OPD visit

When a patient arrives, check-in turns the appointment into an OPD encounter, and the consultation charge is created the same moment.

  3. Consultation, diagnosis, prescription

The doctor records vitals if not already taken, notes the diagnosis, and writes the prescription, printed as an A5 handout.

  4. Pharmacy or lab, if the clinic runs them

A prescription can be filled at an in-house pharmacy, or a test ordered from the same consultation screen, both billing through the same ledger.

  5. Bill and collect

GST-aware billing settles by cash, UPI or card at the counter, rolling into the clinic’s daily collection report.

Modules used

In detail

OPD-centric, on purpose

A clinic doesn’t need a bed board, nursing notes, or per-diem billing, and Trisvio doesn’t force any of it into the workflow. What a clinic does need — fast booking, an organised OPD queue, a clean consultation screen, and a prescription that prints correctly — is the same core Trisvio runs for hospitals, without the IPD modules taking up screen space or configuration time.

Room to grow without switching software

A clinic that adds an in-house pharmacy or starts running basic lab tests doesn’t need new software for that — pharmacy and lab are the same modules a hospital uses, available when the clinic is ready for them, billing through the same ledger as everything else.

What isn't included today

  • No insurance/TPA claims workflow — billing is direct, by cash, UPI or card.
  • No ABDM/ABHA registry integration — any identifier stored on a patient record stays inside Trisvio, it isn’t synced to the national health-data exchange.
  • No PACS, and no X-ray, CT or MRI reporting — imaging is limited to an optional ultrasound-reporting module.
  • No native mobile app — Trisvio is a web application, used through a browser.

Frequently asked questions

Is Trisvio suitable for an OPD-only multi-specialty clinic?

Yes. The clinic setup is OPD-centric — appointments, consultation, prescription printing, and billing — without any inpatient/ward machinery being forced into the workflow.

Can patients be rescheduled or marked no-show?

Yes. Appointment booking sits against a doctor master and supports reschedule, cancel, and no-show, with check-in taking a patient straight into OPD consultation.

Does a clinic need a pharmacy or lab to use Trisvio?

No. Pharmacy and lab are optional — a clinic uses them only if it runs them in-house — the core clinic setup is just appointments, OPD and billing.

What does Trisvio cost for a multi-specialty clinic?

Pricing is matched to the size and needs of your clinic rather than a fixed number — talk to us and we’ll work out what fits.
