Diagnostic Centre & Lab Management Software

Diagnostic centres run on one core loop: order a test, collect a sample, enter results, get them checked, and hand over a report — with billing tracked at every step. Trisvio covers that loop end to end, cloud-hosted and built for an India region.

In short

Trisvio runs a diagnostic centre’s order-to-report loop on one system — test ordering, barcode sample accessioning, per-parameter results, two-stage verification, and a printed A4 report — billed through the same ledger throughout.

Who it's for
A standalone diagnostic centre or pathology lab, or a hospital’s own lab running the same workflow.
Daily workflow
Tests ordered and billed, samples accessioned by barcode, results entered per parameter, technical then clinical verification, reports printed.
What's not included
No insurance/TPA claims, no ABDM integration; abnormal-value flagging is a rules-based reference-range check, not a diagnosis.

Why Trisvio fits diagnostic centres

  • The full order-to-report workflow, in one placeOrder, sample collection, result entry, verification, and the printed report all sit on one system, so a test doesn’t move between a register, a spreadsheet, and a Word template before it reaches the patient.
  • Billing is built in, not bolted onOrdering a test creates a bill immediately, using the same GST-aware billing and daily collection reconciliation as the rest of Trisvio, so the front desk isn’t running a separate billing tool for lab work.
  • Abnormal values flagged automatically, honestlyResults outside the configured reference range are flagged automatically so reviewers don’t have to eyeball every parameter by hand — this is a rules-based check against reference ranges, not a diagnosis, and every result still needs a qualified clinical verification.
  • A report that’s actually easy to readThe printed A4 report groups results by department and highlights abnormal values, so referring doctors and patients can find what matters without hunting through an undifferentiated list of numbers.
  • No server to maintainTrisvio is cloud-hosted, built to run in an Indian cloud region — there’s no on-site server to buy, patch, or maintain. You just need an internet connection.

The day-to-day workflow

  1. Order and bill the test

A test is ordered against the test master — often straight from an OPD consultation for a hospital’s own lab — and a bill is created immediately.

  2. Accession the sample

Sample collection is recorded with a barcode accession number, tracked through to result entry.

  3. Enter results, flagged automatically

Results are entered per parameter, with anything outside the configured reference range flagged for the reviewer.

  4. Two-stage verification

A technical review comes first, then a separate clinical verification — payment status is checked at this second stage, not the first.

  5. Print the report

Once verified, the result locks and the A4 report prints, test by test with each test’s department shown and abnormal values highlighted.

Modules used

In detail

A standalone lab, or a hospital’s own lab — the same workflow

The order-to-report loop described here is the same whether Trisvio is running as an independent diagnostic centre’s only system, or as the lab module inside a hospital that also runs OPD and IPD. A standalone centre doesn’t need to run the rest of the hospital stack to get the barcode accessioning, two-stage verification and reporting — the lab feature stands on its own.

What the reviewer sees when a bill is still short

The payment check for a lab order sits on the clinical verification step, not the technical review — so a QC or clinical concern is dealt with on its own terms first, never masked by a billing issue. If the order is still underpaid at that point, the reviewer is asked for a reason the first time; a second check on the same order doesn’t ask again, and it never delays the result reaching the patient.

What isn't included today

  • No insurance/TPA claims workflow — billing is direct, by cash, UPI or card.
  • No ABDM/ABHA registry integration — any identifier stored on a patient record stays inside Trisvio, it isn’t synced to the national health-data exchange.
  • No PACS, and no X-ray, CT or MRI reporting — imaging is limited to an optional ultrasound-reporting module.
  • No native mobile app — Trisvio is a web application, used through a browser.
  • Abnormal-value flagging is a rules-based comparison against a configured reference range — it is not a diagnosis, and every result still requires a qualified reviewer’s clinical verification.

Frequently asked questions

Does Trisvio diagnose abnormal results?

No. Trisvio flags a result automatically when it falls outside the configured reference range for that parameter — that’s a rules-based comparison, not a diagnosis. Every result still goes through a two-stage technical → clinical verification by a qualified reviewer before the report is finalized.

Is lab billing separate from the rest of the centre’s billing?

No. Ordering a test creates a bill through the same GST-aware billing ledger used across Trisvio, and it shows up in the same daily collection view — there’s no separate lab-billing tool to reconcile against.

Can a standalone diagnostic centre run Trisvio without the hospital modules?

Yes. The lab workflow — test master, barcode accessioning, results, verification, reporting — works as its own system for a centre that doesn’t run OPD or IPD at all.

What does Trisvio cost for a diagnostic centre?

Pricing is matched to the size and needs of your centre rather than a fixed number — talk to us and we’ll work out what fits.
