See Trisvio in action. Pick a role, then book a walkthrough.
A hospital isn't one user. Below is what each role actually sees and does in Trisvio — front desk, doctor, pharmacy, and owner/finance — plus how the optional AI layer behaves. Tell us which one matters most and we'll run the walkthrough against it.
What a walkthrough covers
We run it against your own departments, beds and tariff rather than a canned script — usually over a screen share, with time for your questions.
If you're checking a specific capability, say so in the message below and we'll show it directly, including where the honest answer is “not yet built”.
Executive Overview
The whole hospital, one system of record
The short version for decision-makers: why hospitals replace registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp coordination with one system — patient registration through OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy and lab, with configurable roles so every department sees only what it needs.
What's demonstrated
- One patient record driving OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy and lab
- Configurable roles — reception, doctor, pharmacy and admin each see their own workflow
- Cloud-hosted, built to run in an Indian cloud region — used in a web browser, from anywhere with an internet connection
- AI is optional and off by default; the full system works with no AI at all

Front Desk
Where every visit starts
Registration and check-in set up everything that follows. The front desk assigns the MR number, checks patients into OPD or a booked appointment, and keeps the queue moving — the same patient identity carried through every department afterwards.
What's demonstrated
- Patient registration with an MR number, reused across OPD, IPD, pharmacy and lab
- Appointment booking, day schedule, reschedule/cancel and one-tap check-in
- OPD queueing so the waiting room stays organised
- Cash, UPI and card billing at the counter, with an instant receipt

Doctor
The consultation, start to finish
For doctors, one screen carries the visit end to end — vitals, chief complaint, diagnosis and a prescription from the hospital’s drug master — plus lab orders and every earlier visit's history, without re-asking what's already on record.
What's demonstrated
- Vitals, chief complaint, diagnosis and prescription in one consultation screen
- Prescribing from the hospital’s drug master, with an A5 print ready at the counter
- Lab tests ordered directly from the consultation
- IPD discharge summaries — drafted, then finalised and locked by the doctor signing it off, and printed

Pharmacy
Stock that tracks itself
Pharmacy stock is batch- and expiry-tracked from the moment it's received. Dispensing follows first-expiry-first-out automatically, and every sale — walk-in or from a prescription — bills through the same ledger as the rest of the hospital.
What's demonstrated
- Drug master, suppliers, and purchase/GRN with batch, expiry and MRP
- FEFO dispensing — first-expiry stock goes out first, automatically
- Standalone pharmacy sales that bill through the same payment ledger
- Low-stock and near-expiry lists, with an A5 receipt at the counter

Owner & Finance
Collections, current whenever you look
For owners and finance, the picture is current whenever you open it: what's collected today, across every counter and payment mode, reconciled against every bill raised — OPD, IPD, pharmacy and lab — without waiting for someone to compile a register.
What's demonstrated
- Daily collection report with a mode breakdown and drawer reconciliation
- Revenue and operations reports over any date range
- One ledger for OPD, IPD, pharmacy and lab billing — nothing sits in a side spreadsheet
- Configurable roles, so discount and billing rights stay with the right people

AI
An AI layer you control — off by default
Trisvio ships AI-ready, not AI-forced: the provider layer exists, but nothing is wired in until a hospital opts in. When it's switched on, it drafts OPD notes and discharge summaries that staff review before use, and a plain-language daily digest for administrators. Nothing sends itself, and no diagnosis is ever generated.
What's demonstrated
- Off by default — the entire Trisvio platform works with no AI at all
- Patient data is never sent to an external AI provider unless your hospital explicitly allows it
- Draft-only: a clinician validates every summary or suggestion
- No prompts or responses are stored
